Casa Noroc is a new home in the oceanside community of Puerto Los Cabos… just across the bridge from San Jose Del Cabo. Fundadores is a beautiful, double-gated community with 24x7 security and other services. Casa Noroc is easily accessible and designed so you can kick back, relax and enjoy from the moment you arrive.
Casa Noroc is the ideal place for a family or a small group of friends. While it's a wonderful house for entertaining, it's NOT a party house.
- This is a one-of-a-kind home that lets you enjoy scenic views from virtually anywhere around the house.
- Outside areas are spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating options.
- Relax, chat, or just roast marshmallows over an open fire... there are cozy fire pits throughout the property.
- Venture off property and hit the Fundadores Hiking Trails just east of the house… or hang out in, and around the pool for the true Cabo experience.
- The home has three full bedrooms (each with its own bathroom and shower) and can accommodate eight people comfortably.
- There is also a service room with a separate entry. This room has a single bed and its own bathroom and shower.
- Again, Casa Noroc is not a party house, please don't enquire about renting it for a large group event.

- If you enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped indoor kitchen with modern appliances and utensils. There is also a gas BBQ where you can grill your favorite foods and savor the fresh air and scenery.

- You can also enjoy your meals on the island in the kitchen, or if you prefer to dine al fresco, you have plenty of outdoor options. Choose from the fire table under the pergola or a casual dinner on an outside sofa.
- Main Bedroom
- A king-sized bed in the main bedroom with an extra large TV and huge windows looking towards the ocean.
- A Jacuzzi spa is right outside of the main bedroom is the perfect way to start (or end) the day.
- The main bedroom also has a desk, double sink bathroom and plenty of closet space.
- Guest Bedroom 1
- Includes a King bed with ample closet space. Its own bathroom PLUS an outside patio area with two chairs and a table.
- A Smart TV with various apps is included in this room.
- Guest Bedroom 2 includes two Queen Beds, and a sprawling bathroom with an indoor AND an outside shower!
- A 55” Smart TV with various apps is included in this room.
- A Service Room is also available if you need additional space.
- The service room has a separate entry, a single bed, bathroom, shower and TV.
